[Network] Torchwood Instructions

iwasforgivenI want for anyone who does not have a Meta-Crisis to begin tending to anything that has fallen out of the Rift during the splintering. Those of us who are restricted right now to our Meta-Crisis will be providing support from inside of my TARDIS.
The HUB we'll fix up to be a bit better when this is good and done. She's not exactly a safe place for anyone right now so make yourselves right at home in that gorgeous navy blue police box. She's not exactly happy right now but this is it for us until it's over.
Right now, there's wide spread reports of damage and there's a good number of Weevils coming out of the sewers. They're time sensitive and this has been driving them insane, so attacks on people are up.
And, I don't think Weevils are going to be the only thing that's going to be coming out of these splinters. If anything big comes up I'll let everyone know.
