With the chaos on the streets of Cardiff Owen is left to chose between his unconscious Meta-Crisis or those who need a doctor. Owen is forced to sedate his Meta-Crisis to take care of Cardiff's wounded.

This is one of those situations that goes beyond Torchwood's control. With the Rift splintering it is one of those truly hopeless moments. Jack has gathered up those from the HUB to have them take refuge inside of his TARDIS on the Plass with the rest of the gathered TARDIS.


OOC: Torchwood folks will be spending time inside of Jack's TARDIS on top of the Plass above the Cardiff HUB. For the sake of ease there's computers inside of the TARDIS that will allow for monitoring a very active Rift. There's one room with the same exact lay out as the Cardiff HUB complete with vaults and all that wonderful stuff.

The Sound Finally Stops

The Doctor has moved from outside of the HUB to breath a bit of fresh air. The sound inside of his head has finally stopped before it drove him completely mad. It's now down to finding the who and whats..



OOC: The sounds, cries, screams and all of that stuff has suddenly stopped. Time Lord muses will be feeling a bit better today.

I want for anyone who does not have a Meta-Crisis to begin tending to anything that has fallen out of the Rift during the splintering. Those of us who are restricted right now to our Meta-Crisis will be providing support from inside of my TARDIS.

The HUB we'll fix up to be a bit better when this is good and done. She's not exactly a safe place for anyone right now so make yourselves right at home in that gorgeous navy blue police box. She's not exactly happy right now but this is it for us until it's over.

Right now, there's wide spread reports of damage and there's a good number of Weevils coming out of the sewers. They're time sensitive and this has been driving them insane, so attacks on people are up.

And, I don't think Weevils are going to be the only thing that's going to be coming out of these splinters. If anything big comes up I'll let everyone know.
