Andy Hand's had a rough night. He and the meta-meta are supposed to be moving into a new flat, but with all the madness surrounding the new meta-crises and the malfunctioning TARDII, he hasn't been able to get the time of day from Torchwood, much less the key to a new place. This morning he woke up to find that the meta-meta had chewed through his lead in the night so he could go rummaging through the fridge again before giving the food in the flat up as insufficient and slipping out the door. Now Handy's trying to recapture his meta-meta-crisis, who is surprisingly good at repeatedly giving him the slip despite only being able to go twenty or thirty feet away from him. He's just gone down a crowded street, and Andrew's doing the best he can to track him down. When they get close, he can feel the meta-meta's stomach ache across the psychic link. Too far, and he starts to get a headache. Right now, he's not feeling either too strongly, so the meta-meta has to be somewhere near the edge of the mental leash without hitting the end of it at the moment.
