On a mission to cheer Rose up. (open to all recent companions on Rose's TARDIS )

The TARDIS had been worried about how much Rose had been drinking lately, she needed to cheer up a bit, or at least not drink herself stupid as much. So the firey redheaded projection, left the ship version of herself, and started to walk down the street. To those that weren't aware of what she was, she passed as a typical twenty year old woman. However if somebody were to bump into her, or touch her, they'd see she was nothing more then a hologram, at least for now.

She wasn't sure what to do to make the dark haired Rose cheer up, but she was determined to find something, well something other then liquor, and cigarettes.

"Why would I change my name? Haven't needed to for years. But you'd know that." He dug his hands into his pockets and made a slow circle around the projection of the woman, the curiosity of the woman's identity bringing out a more serious side of him. "A very long time? But the trouble is, I don't remember you."

Confusing, fascinating, with at least this metacrisis Doctor, the two were one in the same. Thus, he naturally trotted happily after her at her invitation. He'd rather like to know if he'd actually forgotten anything, after all.

He didn't stop, but he did slow once he caught sight of the TARDIS. Or, well, the guise it chose, echoing the police box motif, but drastically shifting its colors. Black paint and red lighting, really?

"...Bad Wolf?"

Ah, yes, well that would explain things! He didn't think the TARDIS could project a hologram so far, though. He pointed at the hologram, scolding. "Why are you ginger?"

That just wasn't nice. Evidently there would be a very important reason for the words Bad Wolf, but...ginger!

Rose had spent most of her time in the dining area drinking, she had been stressed out due to recent events with the Galatic Special Forces, she had been a bit concerned about what to do since, not to mention she had been in pain from the recent injury after getting shot by a laser riffle.

She decided to ask the TARDIS about the files she had dug up on the spot, when she saw the TARDIS talking to the Doctor? she squeeked with slight confusion, her expression both shocked a little cranky, "Wha-- Wha? What the bloody hell is he doing there?!" She stumbled over some, "Tara?! Have you lost your mind?!" She waved her hand slamming the TARDIS doors, then spoke freely. "With all that's going on you know I'm not up for bringing more people into this mess!" She proceeded to rant, not paying much attention to what languages she was speaking and cursed in Gallifrayan. She had picked up a lot various languages since her and the TARDIS shared minds.

He would have responded with the affirmative about her darker hair, but the sudden appearance of Rose--well a Rose, from whatever universe this TARDIS came from.

But-but-but! What had she done to her hair? "Rose?"

As it turned out he had no other words, actually, next to hers. Who'd really teach Rose that bit about horses? Really?

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-27 05:27 am (UTC)(link)
While she knew what the woman was trying to do, she wasn't in her right mind enough to reason, and instead proceeded to curse, rant, and complain in Gallifrayen. It had become sort of her second language given the fact that the TARDIS herself was Time Lord technology. And with the Vortex in her mind, it sort of made it easier for her to speak it, or in this case, yell in that language especially when drunk and pissed off.
After a moment, she turned and walked off to her room, occasionally wavering.

Well...

Well. It wasn't every day one saw a drunken Rose get into a screaming fit--in Gallifreyan, it should be noted--with a holographic projection of an alternate TARDIS. He had no ready-made responses. For the most part, he simply watched, until Rose stumbled away.

It was his first instinct to follow Rose, especially when she was as upset as she appeared. And if this Rose had all the troubles the TARDIS (Tara, really?) said she had, well...that just made it his duty to make sure she was alright.

And his curiosity wasn't about to allow him to do anything else, anyway.

"Rose?"

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-27 08:08 am (UTC)(link)
Rose, was laying on her bed trying to calm down, when she heard the Doctor's voice say her name though the door. She then pushed a button by her bed that made it slide open so he could come inside if he wanted to. She glanced at him before saying, "come to bitch at me too? Or did the TARDIS do it all for ya?" Rose always came off as a bitch at first and she didn't mean too, her eyes softened some after a moment. She was happy to see him.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-27 09:19 am (UTC)(link)
Ooh, button operated doors. Very nice. Naturally, he didn't hesitate to take a few steps into the room as soon as the door opened. His curiosity remained endless, even when he was otherwise distracted by Rose, after all.

"Nahh. I come off all wrong in this body when I do that." He squinted at her. "Do you want me to?"

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-27 04:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Rose pushes a button and closes the door behind him, the light from the hall was making her head hurt, when it closed, the room was dimly lighted by lights haging everywhere that resembled planets there were various colors mainly blues purples and greens, that lit the room in such a way that it was soothing, but not so dark that they couldn't see anything.

She sat up in bed holding her head some, before looking around, "there's a chair right there if you want to sit, you can just toss the stuff that's in it where ever." She then said, there were a pile of cloths on it, along with parts for the TARDIS, and a couple of laser guns that needed to be cleaned. "So, doctor, what brings you here anyway?" Might as well get to the point, she lit up a cigarette and washed the taste down with her scotch.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
The differing light barely registered to him, as he scanned the room curiously. There was certainly more variety to this room's color scheme than he normally associated with Rose's rooms. But that was alright. It was charming.

"Oh no, no need for sitting." He did wander closer to her, though. "Well...followed a ginger projection of a TARDIS, and found you here. You were speaking a language I've never heard you use before." That was his language for 'a language you shouldn't know ever.'

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 03:34 am (UTC)(link)
She looked up at him. " I don't know what she was thinking, I hate to think what'll happen when she becomes corporeal." She sighs, "Yeah, it's a bit complicated. A lot has happened to me since the day we-- my Doctor, went to that game station." She gets up swaying some, as she grabs an ash tray, and another large bottle of liquor.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 04:09 am (UTC)(link)
He made a face. "Ginger. That's...that's really terrible taste." That would be jealousy. He frowned, before wandering over to place a hand over the one of hers that held the bottle. "I think you've had enough of that already, Rose. The human body can only handle so much at once."

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 04:22 am (UTC)(link)
"Eh, it's better then her last five variations. For a while there her hair looked like she murdered a colony of Smurfs." She giggled some. But then she frowned at him when he said she had enough. "Eh, I've drank more then this many times before. Doesn't really matter to me one way or another." Her moods jumped around a lot, between being trashed, and the vortex constantly making her mind race, it was hard for her to think clearly.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 04:53 am (UTC)(link)
"Well, she does like blue." He still frowned, though, and didn't drop his hand. "It doesn't matter to you how much you can handle, or whether you're about to go over the limit and poison yourself?"

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 05:10 am (UTC)(link)
Rose, sighed and gave him a sad painful dark look. "I stopped caring years ago, Doctor. I lost everyone I loved. My family, my Doctor, and with that my sanity and will to care... I'm tired, so very tired of seeing everything I've lost, and what I could have done in another universe to stop it... to save my Doctor, to save those that mattered to me most...." She still helped people though, mainly to try and make up for all she had lost. She finally gave in and set the bottle down for the moment. "Live or die, it's all the same to me, fought enough battles and bare enough scars on my body to just simply not care." She winced some at her recent injury, when she moved her arm some, before looking at it, "bloody hell... need to restitch that." She said to herself as she moved to the bed to sit.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 05:24 am (UTC)(link)
It was heartbreaking--and he only had one heart left to break, so that could be alarming--to see what happened to this Rose. Parallel universes and infinite possibilities were easy for someone like him to imagine and understand, but to be confronted with such a miserable Rose...

He frowned, moving with her, and held out a hand for her arm. "Lt me see it."

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 05:33 am (UTC)(link)
"It's nothing, just a laser riffle wound." She sighed, not interested in arguing. Then pulled her shirt down where the wound was deep in her shoulder. "I'll be fine, really. Another day another battle wound. Should have known better then to take on a group of soldiers."

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 05:44 am (UTC)(link)
He frowned. Deeply, and dug out his newest sonic screwdriver--that his Time Lord self might or might not know about. "The wound's too old to fix completely, but I can make it better if you sit still. Accelerate the rate of healing there for a bit."

[identity profile] xrose-badwolfx.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 05:54 am (UTC)(link)
Rose held her shirt down, and tried to remain as still as possible, as he helped heal the wound some. The dark haired woman felt a change in her mood, which happened a lot when she got trashed, she longed for somebody to understand what she felt, and while the TARDIS did, at that moment she felt otherwise. She hadn't thought much about her actions or what it might do to the Doctor in front of her, so when he was finished with the sonic screwdriver, she grabbed him the arm and pulled him down on the bed next to her, before kissing him passionately and letting all of her memories from the time she became BadWolf right up until the moment she fought the Galactic Special Forces, in order to help Seth.

[identity profile] handy-sparehand.livejournal.com 2010-10-28 06:13 am (UTC)(link)
Although some people tended to call him the 'human' Doctor when they thought he couldn't hear them, for simplicity's sake, he remained half-Time Lord. That meant he still had very superior reflexes and thought processes and stunning reaction time.

Which meant, essentially, that he was capable of flailing a good deal, and successfully pocketing his sonic screwdriver, before concluding that 1) Rose was only kissing him, and 2) Someone taught her how to transfer telepathic thoughts through physical contact.

The memories initially distracted him from the actual kiss. Terribly sad, horrible memories no Rose should have to suffer. Thus, he being who he was--and no stranger to being suddenly snogged by Rose--when the memories slowed, he used his position to offer the support and comfort that he could. Through said snog.
