Trip in the TARDIS.

Rose, decided to lead the way back to her TARDIS, she lit up a cigarette, and proceeded to make her way down the street, "So where to? Thinking New York might be interesting, maybe do a bit of sigh seeing, go clubbing, stuff like that." She glanced over to where her humanoid projection of the TARDIS was. "Any ideas?" She asked then when the TARDIS shook her head, Rose kept walking until she arrived at the black and red TARDIS then getting it unlocked and opened it.
The raven haired woman stepped inside, she moved over to where the red glowing control panel was and began to press some buttons, with that done, she made sure that everyone that was supposed to be there was inside before heading to New York City.

She had been deeply consentrating on reading the data in front of her, when Adric broke it as he came in. "Uh, yes actually I found a lot." She answered.

The TARDIS proceeded to look into more of the records, "it looks like he's a wanted by the Galactic Federation" She then said before going into more detail, "according to their records, Sargent Lucian and his fleet found a humanoid female while out on a recon mission in the Pandorum Cascade. When they brought it back, scientists discovered the subject was made up of all the components that made up the universe." She stopped to look at Adric, "I don't get how that's possible... technically it isnt. I mean those components would make you so powerful you could control...well everything, time, space, matter..." she shook her head, "I really don't understand how she exists.."

She then turned back to the screen, "they discovered that she had an infinant mental compasity, and decided to have Sargent Lucian run tests on her to see if she could be the key to complete the Cylerfraian Nero Thought-Based Units. However accorrding to this report, the subject was in fact compatible to be The Organic Factor but during that course of eight months, the subject and Sargent Lucian, showed signs of intimant feelings and he was imediatly transfered to a different unit."

The TARDIS sighed some, then continued, "five months after his transfer Sargent Lucian, went to the Galatic Federation, declairing that the recent expirements on the subject were cruel, and violated the codes reguarding expirements and testings on sentient life forms and insisted the subject be removed from her containment vessel imediatly.
However, they dismissed his case due to the earlier report reguarding the two having intimant feelings." The projection pulled up another file, then said, "eight weeks after his case was declined, there was a security breech, and the subject had been taken from the lab and fled the Galaxy." She then looked to Adric, "they're looking for them relentlessly and are authorized to kill Seth if nessicary to get the her back. From what I've gathered, they'll take any actions nessicary to get what they want."

Rose had kept a close eye on sargent Lucian, especially we he started to look around, suddenly, she heard what sounded like a large ship flying over head, she looked up when when a giant spot light illuminated the spot they were standing. " you're under arrest for violating Galactic code; 9-X11509--" the voice continued to say the code, from the ship loud enough to project all over New York City. Then, a group of Galatic Soldiers dressed in black futuristic gear surounded the group pointing large laser riffles at them, followed by one of the generals, stepping forward. Rose looked at the group lowering her weapon some, "what the bloody hell is this?!" She then asked.

Adric listened to the TARDIS's explanation of what she found. "We should help him, then. And her. Although if she's so powerful, why doesn't she just use whatever abilities she has to make it so they can't come after her?"

He didn't get it, but he suspected the TARDIS didn't know, either. "Let's go out and let the others know who he is."

Adric turned, heading out of the TARDIS just in time to see a bunch of soldiers in futuristic gear. He swallowed, and hoped that someone had a plan, because he had no clue how they were going to get out of this. There were too many of them to get into the TARDIS before one of the men would shoot.

Hellboy's instance was to protect the girls; it was always to protect the girls but then the kid came into the picture and he was torn, so ever very torn. Obviously he couldn't take on an entire troop of solders, nor could he keep everyone safe from them.

The term Galactic stuck in his mind. The big guy had never really dealt with this sort of shit before, and since he had no idea who this Galactic Special Forces guy was, he turned on Seth, just for a way to get that fear and aggression out.

"You in some kinda trouble, pal?" A traitorous cop? Red wondered, a traitorous space cop who got other people's asses in trouble? Christ, it sounded like a bad movie.

Kitty looked at the big red... whatever he was, then around at everything going on. What in the hell? Is this what being a Torchwood agent is like every day? She knew she didn't have to protect Jack so she settled for phasing herself, pulling out her gun, then realizing she didn't know if it would shoot while phased.

Guess she was gonna find out, if things kept going the way they were looking.

Seth looked at the red guy, then turned to face the general that walked over to him, and glared at him.

General Conner had traced them back here when he saw the files on Seth were accessed, he gave a gesture to the soldiers to hold there fire, then said. "Where's the Organic Factor Seth? I know you have it." He asked coldly.

The reaper continued to glare at him tempted to kill him on the spot but instead answered. "I don't know, she's gone. And even if I did I wouldn't tell you." His voice was cold and filled with anger.

"Fine. If you won't tell us here, then you and your friends here will come back with us for questioning." He then said, as he proceeded to order a few of the soldiers to try and restrain them.

Out of anger Seth grabbed the general and pulled him close with one hand the other reaching for his laser gun. "Listen you son of a bitch, they don't know who the hell I am, they have nothing to do with me or Silence. Leave them out of it or I promise you, I will kill you."

The soldiers were about to open fire, but the general simply ordered them not to, "I'll let you and your friends go, if you tell me where the Organic Factor is. Otherwise, I'll have my men open fire. So tell me.. where is she?" Seth stepped back, and looked at the group behind him, he never wanted to get anybody else involved in all this, especially when they didn't know anything about the situation. Seth then turned to look at the dark haired woman when she stepped forward and proceeded to speak.

The TARDIS wasn't worried about the soldiers firing on her, however she was worried about everybody else, "Listen sir.." She said, "I read those files, and if you want to point fingers at anybody, you point fingers on those that ordered those experiments on the Organic Factor. Seth's case was completely legitimate."

The general arched a brow and said, "And where do have authority to make such a claim? Let alone have the right to access highly classified content, I should have you arrested."

She looked at him, "The Shadow Proclamation." She answered, well technically she had no business looking at that information but she wasn't about to go into that.

It was that statement that did in fact make the general shift a bit uncomfortably, but he still kept his composure and then said, " Really? Well then we can continue this conversation, back at the base." He looked at the soldiers, "Take them back to the ship." He ordered and turned to walk away.

When the soldiers tried to surround her, Rose pointed her gun at them, "Nobody is taking anybody anywhere." She said, then added. "Can some tell me what the fuck is going on around here?!" Rose was pissed off, especially because she was about to get arrested for something she didn't have a clue about.
She tried to think of how to escape in the TARDIS, especially with everyone who wasn't involved. She was far from amused that this Seth guy, caused all of this to happen, and if there weren't soldiers around ready to shoot them all, she'd beat him senseless.

Turning to Rose, Adric tried to explain. "They were doing unethical experiments on this lady called the 'organic factor' or whatever, and this guy tried to get them to stop, but they wouldn't listen, so he rescued her and now he's on the run." It was a very abbreviated version, but there wasn't time for a full explanation.

Rose nodded it explained a lot, and decided to try and help Seth, especially since it seemed her TARDIS was trying to help him out. She had to think of a strategy and quick.

As the general gave the order and turned away. Seth felt two of the soldiers try and restrain him, he looked at the others for a moment, deciding the best course of action, before allowing himself to embrace half of his reaper side, he knew he'd regret it later but for the moment, he didn't care. As his eyes turned black and his skin turned pale, he turned and punched one of the soldiers that tried to restrain him, then with his other hand, grabbed the other soldier by the throat, and watched as all the veins in his body turn black before dropping to the ground dead.

Seth then pulled out two of his guns and opened fire on the other soldiers, then said to the group. "Get Down!"
He felt bullets hit his body and winced at the pain, but tried to stop them, none the less. He knew he couldn't take them all down, but hoped it'd give the others a chance to escape. "All of you get out of here I'll cover you guys!" He then said, taking cover behind the SUV, firing at the soldiers when he had a shot.

When the dark haired man opened fire, the TARDIS looked around real quick before saying, "everyone get inside!" She proceeded to get Red, Kitty, and Adric inside the ship. With that done, she did a quick head count, as Rose got her ready to leave.

After Rose got the ship ready to leave, she pulled out her laser gun and left to get Seth, she helped cover him long enough to get inside then returned to the ship, she quickly closed and locked the door, and proceeded make there escape.
