Pumpkin Carving

The Doctor is happily seated outside of his TARDIS carving a pumpkin, well he's seated there trying to think of an idea on what to put on his bright orange squash. He's enjoying the warm fall day in Central Park, his little parking spot will simply look amazing by the time the trees completely change over.

"Alright, now what should I carve you into? A Jack-o-Lantern face? Nah, you're going to look brilliant at Captain Jack's party."

Silence, looked down. Slightly, "I'm glad I'm not the only one from a different time..." the brunette sighs a bit, feeling a bit weird. Then adds. "It was a nice time, I somewhat miss it."

Silence felt a bit awkward about telling him what had happened to her, though she wasn't against sharing the information. Especially from what she sensed about the man in front of her, he seemed like one of those people that wanted to help others. She could tell he wasn't human, and while she was a bit unsure of this Doctor name. She decided to show him, instead. "This may hurt a bit, and if so I'm sorry." She had hoped her instincts were right when it came to people.

Silence took him by the hand, before closing her eyes and letting time bend around her, causing them to go back in her time line. "Welcome to Cylerfraya.. Doctor. We're five billion years in the future during the time of the Utopian war, a struggle to create the dream that many both want and fear." they were standing on the planet itself. Looking at the city in front of them.

Silence looked at him oddly at first, then pointed out. "it would have been more risky coming here, any other way." She bit her lip a bit, "That's the problem. The other planet Vogtolion, is run by a mad man that believes to create Utopia, one must be the ultimate power. Kind of like Adolf Hitler did in Germany." She looked back at the city, "Here, the group of council members think that Utopia should be brought through peace and a conflict free planet. But the problem with this is how they do they do it."

She turns around facing him directly, "Now, this is going to be the part that hurts. The military does hourly sweeps of the city scanning for potential spies. They take anyone that's not from here prisoner." She pauses a moment, then says, "trust me when I tell you that you don't want to be there prisoner."
Silence steps closer to the man in front of her, and says, "I'm sorry." Before, placing her hands on certain parts of his head, to alter certain parts of the brain some, then she pulls him close letting her forehead touch his, as she focuses her mind to see into his and adapt the various molecules and DNA to that of the inhabitants on Cylerfraya.

Silence didn't expect the man to be that different, she stumbles back a bit holding her head, "speak for yourself Doctor. I'm used to aliens and hell even reapers, but you're well, I've never met a Time Lord before, thought your kind was wiped out." The only reason she knew this was because first off, spent a lot of time traveling and because of what had just happened.

After a moment of collecting herself she looked at him a moment, and then said with a smile, "Shall we?"

Silence, feels a bit bad but knows it's for the best to some level. She gives him a hug, and smiles. Before she proceeds to lead him into the city. "This city in currently testing the N.T.U systems. Or Nero Thought-based Units. As of now it's mainly being tested on the Military Special Forces. They're hoping this will make Utopia possible." She sighs some, "To put it bluntly mind control. The military is using it to give orders directly, though it has a great deal of glitches. And when they glitch it often is fatal."
