Who: Ood Sigma/OTA!
What: It's brief. Its very brief and there's a telepathic image of an Ood standing at the camp or dungeon. He just stands there and the only words to escape him. 'Locked away there is a crisis.'
Eventually the Ood fades away from your mind.
The Metacrisis, Time Lords and telepaths maybe able to attempt to communicate with the Ood.
