An Old Friend

What:

The Guide is more than what anyone may think he's here for a reason and that's to seek out the Children of Time and the countless Doctor's that are there. He of course did not forget Master and the black dragon on his shoulder is reserved for the other Time Lord.

The Guide is here for a reason. The old friend of The Doctor's from so long ago may have an important message to give once everyone is in place. Still for now he has with him a task to keep those here so the message can be given. The animals with him are young and he has been selective with the gifts to make sure they're fitting with their owners.

(OOC: The pets may end up as part of a plot later in the future or they're simply sparkly cool pets from an old friend of The Doctor's. He'll be there to give a message and a gift to both Eleven/Traken once they're free.))

She jumped and looked over to the man then to the animals around him. "I don't suppose you gave a black unicorn to a young girl with blue hair did you?" She came over.

"Yes, yes I did. Is there something the matter with both the girl and unicorn?" The Guide asks, he seems a little concerned with the two. He keeps a comfortable distance from the fixed point in time that's bleeding energy from the Vortex. He looks her over and he's not going to ask too many questions.

"Well." She paused. "No. No there isn't. But it's a mother's job to worry over strangers giving her child pets...I mean...is something like that even safe for her to keep?" Jacklyn crossed her arms her blue eyes practically glowing with the protectiveness she felt for her child, never mind the tiny ball of fluff that was making its way over to her.

"The unicorn is perfectly fine for her. They're intelligent and they bond closely with their owners at that age," The Guide, looks at the little ball of fluff with a smile on his face. "It seems like someone wants to come and say hello to you."

Jacklyn gave him a confused look before looking behind her. She blinked in surprise before kneeling down. "A griffon?" She looked back up at the man.

The old Time Lord looked at the small ball of fluff. "I gave one to another woman with your group. It is indeed what is called a griffon. This one seems to be curious about you."

She hummed and canted her head. "Well then..." Jacklyn held out her hand to it so it could get her scent. She looked back up at the man. "And you are just...giving away these beings?" Cause some these animals were too smart to be just...animals.

"Money is not an object to me. These creatures maybe very important to you in your future travels. They're still young and they're something of a legend in some worlds. And in most they're nothing but a fairy tale." The Guide grimly says, and he looks down at the little guy. "He seems to like you."

"I see then." Jacklyn murmured thoughtfully before looking back to the Griffon where it was curiously patting her hand. "Well damn. I can't just turn down something cute like that. Alright then. I'll take him along." She smiled. "Well then. Thanks for answering my question." The woman looked back.
