When: Masters Wardrobe Plot
Who: Jack Harkness
cjharknesstw/OTA
Where: The Camp
What: Jack was outside and he's interacting with his new friend a brilliantly silver colored baby dragon that's the size of a retriever. The immortal is giving his new long lived pet a chicken leg. "I still need to name you there!" The young creature that one of the members of the camp gave him is quite hungry as he snatches up the chicken from Jack's hand. The baby red dragon was quick to abandon him for Ianto instead. Its okay, Jack's grown fond of this guy.
"I'm terrible at giving things name. Okay, you're not a thing.." Jack's stumped at finding a name for his newly found friend. "Still you're a bit much for a gift."
It huffs out a bit of frosty air at Jack and he's ready for something else to eat. "Frosty? No. I don't think that sounds dragonish. St. George? You're not red. Draco? Its not imposing enough. Maybe we can get Ianto to figure out something clever in Welsh."
There's a burp and a little spark of electricity that follows it. Jack's not sure he wants to figure out what the frost is. "At least you're a lot better than a dog in the end. Intelligent, loyal, strong and my guess is you have something to do with weather instead of fire."

She huffs softly as she continues to trudge along, thankful that with this regeneration she had taken a liking to combat style boots. Otherwise she'd of been in heels dying. "Stupid rift...stupider woods. Uncle Owen is right. The outdoors suck." She growls pausing when she caught sounds of someone talking. The girl purses her lips and followed the sound. "Hello? Is someone out there?"
no subject
He hears the girl talking over the chewing of his pet and he calls out. "Hello!" Jack wonders if its another of the planet's natives and he heads over to go meet her. The dragon seems interested in following after Jack more than food so the chicken is drug behind him.
"There's someone here if you want to show yourself!" Jack calls out.

He looks at the dragon on his shoulder and back to the girl who speaks Welsh. "So Welsh is a native language of this planet? We're doomed!" Jack points over to the dragon and he could just name it exactly what it is in Welsh. "He was a gift by someone who works here."

He raises an eyebrow and he's going to need to look into the Rift activity on this planet to prevent anything from spilling back to Earth. "Captain Jack Harkness, Leader of Torchwood."
Jack holds his hands up and he ums. "Okay, so you're a Time Lord hybrid.. Who's the father?"
no subject
"Meredith!?"
The teen to be swept up by a tall woman in a familiar RAF coat. Behind her Iorwen in her leather, Joan and Harry were walking up followed closely by a familiar little girl in simple yet out of date clothing.
no subject
Like, why was there a woman in an RAF coat that looked like Jack. And why was there a real dragon in front of her.
"Is this a private party or can anyone crash?"
no subject
Then he spots Jacklyn and a bunch of other people that he doesn't exactly know. He's confused and he turns around to look behind him to see a familiar face. "No, I think its anything but a private party."
"Welcome to the land of confusion and that there." Jack points to his new found friend. "Its a dragon. Someone who reminds me of the wizard in the Harry Potter movies just gave him to me. Its something about teaching him about humanity."
no subject
Jacklyn tensed sharply, her expression going dark and distant for a long moment. She buried her face against Meredith's hair swallowing back the shame best she could. "Yes well. Definitely not my first choice for a lover. Or my second or even my last." She muttered darkly before straightening. "Jack. This is Ianto...or rather Iorwen."
The woman nods slightly in greeting.
"The woman in the red coat is Joan Hart. And I heard you met Harry...and of course our favorite gypsy girl. Seems we aren't the only ones who were brought here."
no subject
"You got a dragon from Dumbledore?" She blinks. "You get all the best stuff, Jack." She smiles, turning her attention to the girls. Her instincts as a former cop take over. She can't help herself, especially when she sees people upset.
"It's not his fault. The Rift does seem to play tricks. Sometimes very cruel ones." She sighed and stepped forward, her hands raised in front of her. "My name is Gwen. Gwen Cooper. I... It's nice to meet you all." She smiles at them, one that is genuine. "Oh, Owen would love this so much right now."
no subject
"Ow!" Jack grunts and he stares down at the dragon at his feet. "Okay, I'm not going to dwell on this."
He looks at Harry and he gives him a nod with a smile. "No, it doesn't." Jack finally spots the young fortune teller and he's lucky he ran across her. He was able to stay, he was able to find The Doctor and one can only imagine what would of happened to him if he didn't.
"He's roaming around the camp sometimes so you might be able to catch him. He's a bit pushy with this husbandry thing. I just need a name for the guy instead of, 'you'." Jack slides his hands into his pockets and the dragon goes to investigate Gwen. Maybe she'll have something tasty to give him to eat.

Hart flashes a flirting smile. "Same. You chained me too you. You were all for dragging me back into the rift." Oh yeah..she's a version of that man.
Harry also shakes Gwen's hand. "Nice to meet you."
"Jack." Faith inclines her head. "It has been a while."
no subject
"Biter sounds like a good name for a start," she teases.
She smiles at most of them. Her eyes roll at John Hart looking one. Some things are universal. "It's nice to meet all of you as well," she says softly. One hand moves down to cover her stomach as she steadies herself.
Gwen felt like she was missing something. Slowly, she moved back over to Jack, grabbing his shoulder as she felt a little light on her feet.

Still Jack's going to keep his mouth shut before he bites off more than he can chew when its coming to the issue of Master and Jacklyn. There's a reason he has all of these wonderful friends and that's to smack him when he steps over that fine line. "Biter? Sounds like a good name. Just don't call him Sparkles or Sparky. He's not having anything to do with those types of names."
He looks over at Faith and he offers her a warm smile. "It's great to see you again Faith. Its been sometime hasn't it?" The last time he saw her was when he was asking around Victorian Cardiff about The Doctor.
Jack places an arm around Gwen and he goes to offer her support. "Careful there." He promised to keep her safe and a promise he shall keep. "And, Harry's another new face around here. We've been busy. It seems its not just Earth that's being effected by the Rifts."
no subject
"Tad helped me."
"...When I get home me and Ianto shall have words about this."
Mere just flashes her a grin that was purely Harkness.
Jacklyn grunts faintly looking over as Jack goes over to support Gwen listening as Faith greets Jack back.
"It is good to see you as well." She smiles slightly. "It has been about that. Almost two centuries. Did I not tell you you'd find your Doctor again?"
Harry shrugs. "I'm doing some reading to see if there's anyway to use magic to make our way back through if possible. So far there's a lot of things to bring...really bad creatures through but nothing to send humans back. Could be cause time travel is a big No in our circles."
no subject
"I think Sparky could be a cute name," she teased. One hand moved down to her stomach and she wondered if maybe she shouldn't have left the house without her Jack.
"You'll like it here. There's more than one Doctor running around. More than one Jack too. Seems to me that we all seem to be collected here." She laughs, reaching up to run a hand through her hair. "Not too many of me yet, though. Kind of glad about that. Not sure what I'd do if I ran into multiples of myself."
no subject
Jack just uses his arm to keep Gwen balanced and he looks at the kid for a moment. "Yes, you did and I found him just like you said I would. Thanks." Jack can only begin to imagine what would of happened if the two never crossed paths.
"Yes, like Gwen said there's lots of familiar faces and some not so familiar faces here." Jack adds, and he looks at Gwen with a smile. "I'm not sure what I would do myself with duplicates of Alisa, Lyssa or yourself Gwen."
no subject
Jacklyn laughed at the woman's bluntness. "Well then. There you have it."
"She's alot like Tad huh."
"Uh huh." Jacklyn nodded.
Harry smiled at Gwen and Jack. "So far its been a fairly interesting adventure." He agreed. "Very interesting.." He looked around, leaning lightly on his staff.
no subject
Her head tilted to the side and she watched them all work together. It reminded her of the way that things used to be, before 456 and aliens came along and took her friends from her. A sad smile crossed her face. "Interesting. You haven't seen anything yet."
no subject
Then there's the name Tad. Jack raises an eyebrow. "Tad?"
"Yes, just wait until you see a bunch of talking trees. They even walk and now that's what I call pretty wild." Jack's used to things like fairies, dragons, magical horses and other oddities but he laughs a bit. "And the talking flowers. Still there's a pretty active Rift here on this planet. That alone is a major concern of mine."
no subject
Meredith looked up at Jacklyn and smiled when the woman cupped her cheek.
Iorwen gave the two a sheepish look, murmuring a small apology before snorting softly as Gwen gently put Jack into place. "Still has the touch." She glanced at Joan who was starting to look bored.
"Oh please...let him continue." Joan purred, winking at Gwen though her flirting had a lighter no so interested tone. She was flirting to flirt. "I must say Jack...Every single one of you lead such glamorous lives~!" She gestures idly to their surroundings before looking at Jacklyn. "I should of stayed in France."
"You are the one that used shoddy parts to fix your VM. Don't go blaming me for your blunder." Jacklyn rolled her eyes. "Though I suppose the poodles can all breath a sigh of relief."
"One joke! One joke and I'll never live it down!"
Harry moved away from Joan some. "Actually I've met talking trees. Wise people them. Live centuries and centuries just gathering knowledge." He smiled slightly. "Reminded me to take you into the Never never when we are done here." The man looked around. "Those this place is pretty close to what its like."
no subject
Yes, she did like putting Jack in his place. But there was another better at it than she was. "You think I'm good, you should meet Jack's wife. She puts me to shame," she teased.
"Hart, just stop." She was teasing. Mostly. "Your stories are probably only half true. At best. And your charm is just the same as John's was. There are some around here you might have luck with, but it's not me." She winked at Joan. "Wait till you see my Jack."
"Talking trees." Gwen nodded her head. "Interesting. And more than a Lord of the Rings film, I'm sure. And... Oh." Her hand moved on her belly. "Sorry about that. Bloody kid kicks like a Beckham."
no subject
"Yes, yes I'm a mar5ried man." Jack looks at Joan and he does hope she keeps that in mind. Then again that would never stop John. It might make John more excited about the entire idea. "Actually the poodle had to do all of the work. I'm sure this Hart is the same as all the Harts."
He looks at Gwen and he knows one thing. "I haven't seen your Jack lately. I hope he's okay." Jack nods his head. "Yes, talking trees and then there's this guy. And the flying horses."
no subject
"And goddess bless you too." Joan mutters to her, smirking when Jacklyn flips her off.
"I'd be lost with out my Ianto. That's for certain." Jacklyn nodded.
Joan arched an eyebrow. "Like that's ever stopped me...Or you for that matter." She gasps at Jack's insult before gritting her teeth, her hand going to her gun. As she pulls it Jacklyn reaches out and twists her ear. "OW! Owowow! Stop that!" She swats at Jacklyn's hand. The femme immortal only letting go once the weapon was re-secured into its holster. "Bitch."
"Woof." Jacklyn bares her teeth.
Joan rolls her eyes and turns to Gwen. "Three fourths true. I only embellish a little. Sides I'm probably more charming cause I jiggle." She grins to show she's only joking. "Your Jack huh?"
Meredith edged forward as the group talks, studying the dragon with open curiosity that was nearly child like.
Harry smiled warmly at Gwen. "A strong kick is a sign of a strong baby. You are well blessed." He chuckled. "Talking trees, fairies, flying horses, zombies...Hate zombies."

He looks upwards towards the sky. "Yes. They're quite rare like the dragon. And, yes he picked you. Its better that way. It will improve the bond between the two of you when he grows older."
