An Evening Cup of Coffee
Jack has taken time off from working on the insides of his TARDIS. He's out on a London bench taking a coffee break. It's a clear fall night, he's out staring at the clouds as the roll by thinking about his old friends. He's missed many of them during his many long years away, this broken little universe gives him that chance again.
"I miss them, one new Torchwood, no responsibilities and I owe Rose a date," Jack muses to himself quietly, the Captain gives his greatcoat a tug to wrap it tightly around him for a bit of comfort.

As the raven haired woman and the red head walked, Rose noticed a man sitting on a bench sipping coffee, "Is that Jack?" She asked quietly, The TARDIS scanned him and nodded to Rose. She was a happy to see him again, and decided to go over and talk to him. "Jack!" She called out, as she walked over to him.

He takes a sip, as he get's ready to return to the inside of his TARDIS. He stops when he hears his name being called. He doesn't recognize the voice at first, it takes awhile to register in his head. "Hello, don't believe we've met. Then again, you do seem to know my name."
It finally sinks in, Jack despite being as ancient as he is can't help but to find humor in this. "Rose? What happened to the hair, the last we met you were blonde."

He stares at the little stand in front of him, he then glances back at Rose a bit weary from the messages the TARDIS is sending off to him. He gave Ianto the TARDIS a pat. "Yes, it's been a very long time since we've last seen each other."
"It wasn't that long was it?" Jack asks her, there's a cheeky smile on Jack's face. He leans back against the 40's era stand, his hands sliding into the pockets of his old greatcoat. He still enjoys wearing his old military clothing, they're comfortable and practical still.
