WHEN: After Prisoner Zero/Moving Day.
WHO: Eleven (undecimus) & Amy (apaisleygirl). (And possibly Rory later)
WHAT: The Doctor made a boo-boo.
WHERE: In his TARDIS.

(  He got fiddling in the undercarriage and somehow, the thing that he had told Rory not to touch, Rory had touched and when the Doctor touched the thing Rory wasn't supposed to touch, everything went mad. )
