Rules of Time? They're made to be broken.
The Doctor's got a new bout of Time Lord Victorious, he's tired of having people die and while he's done this before it's something he feels the urge to do again. He's about to go break some rules of time.
OOC: The Ianto plot is still going on. We'll get some more trips out of this don't worry. :) There's going to be some threads that will likely be vital for the next major plot. We can do a little side trip for Thanksgiving. ;)
