The things were everywhere and Jack's not comfortable with them. It's as if there is something or one behind them. "I actually like helping get him out of trouble." He can't help but laugh and he glances back at River. "I'm going to guess he shuts you out. I've given up and accepted the fact we were never meant to be."

The creature or whatever it is that is now frowning and then there's the angry face when the elevator picks up speed. Jack holds his arm out. "I don't know. Just put your hand on my wrist and we're leaving." The numbers continue to drop quickly and if the two aren't fast they're going to end up with the rest of them in the belly of the whale.
