There's the Smiler on the wall of the bathroom and there's no sign of Alisa in the bathroom other than her purse that's contents that were spilled all over the place. There's no answer from the bathroom and it looks like she wasn't alone either with blue water and boot prints on the floor.

Jack back in his chair and he was bouncing Anwen on his lap. Once Gwen came back and the moment he saw the look on Gwen's face he stood up quickly. The color on his face drains away and he tries to keep himself calm for the sake of both the twins and Anwen who's in his arms still. "I've got her, take the twins into the TARDIS and we'll see if we can find anything resembling CCTV on this ship."

There has to be cameras everywhere and his six month pregnant wife couldn't of just vanished. Jack knows humanity was desperate during these times but not that desperate.
