The hospice is dark, there's rows and rows of beds that line the ward that they're in with the people are sleeping a soundless sleep. Jack draws his gun from his holster and he holds it along with his old service revolver. "So much for looking for closed captioned security footage."
"Just keep Maret close." Jack tells Andrew, as he shines the flashlight along the room of the sleeping patients.
no subject
He frowned again at the gun, but tried to concentrate on the issue at hand. "We're all over that footage ourselves by now," he pointed out. "I assume they do mean this building - but are we sure?"

"Of course you two are, you're also going to stir quite a panic with waving that thing all over the place!" The Doctor's going to be on the rude side and he walks over to see the two. He knows both of them well and he throws his arms open. "Captain and Andrew!" It's been awhile, a long while with his attention being drawn elsewhere.
He throws his arms around Jack and then Andrew. "I last saw the two of you at that mockery of a trial, but anyway let's see we've got twenty minutes or the Earth is going to be incinerated." He lets Andrew go and he looks over to see the Meta-Meta but now's not the time for continued introductions but some information as to who or what they're dealing with. "Our friend here is believed to have slipped through a crack in the wall of someone's house."
no subject
Then she addresses the Doctor, "A crack in a wall? That seems harmless. What sort of crack?"
no subject
The Master stepped out of his TARDIS just in time to hear mention of a crack in a wall from Romana.
"Goodevening, lady and gentlemen. Is this crack relevant to Prisoner Zero, whoever he or she might be? I have plans for Earth, at the moment, and it being destroyed in a prisoner hunt would be inconvenient."

The voice that goes along with The Doctor in his new incarnation. "And, would you suggest that we offer it tea and crumpets Doctor?" Jack pays attention to the details of this one, his clothing is tattered, ripped and most importantly this one is freshly regenerated.
There's time wasting away and he's faced with a joyful hug. "Wooah, I'm glad to see you too." He's wondering where this one came from but he holsters the gun. Jack will do a good job of listening but he knows of the trial. "I think that answers your questions on if it's just the building."
He's hugged by a very happy Doctor and he returns it. Then Romana comes in and she brings attention to the cracks. "I don't think we're talking about the Rift. But considering where the Atraxi keep their prisoners it's possible."
Okay, so this was to be a mission for two but more people showing up, he's going to blame that announcement from the Atraxi. "I haven't seen him anywhere no."
They've got a little bit of time and they're going to chatter. "I don't think we want to interrupt your delusional plans Master. Okay, we've got an unknown Prisoner Zero to find so our boys upstairs can put him back where he belongs. My thoughts are the Rift brought him here."
no subject
And now there were people practically crawling out of the woodwork. Andrew greeted each in turn, while Märet hung back. The meta-meta was quite pleased to see Romana, though, and smiled and reached out to touch her hand for a moment when she greeted him.

The Doctor was in the house of a young girl. "Prisoner Zero, escaped, I heard it in the crack in her wall." He spins around on the heals of those battered old trainers to face Romana, he'll save formalities for a little later when the entire Earth isn't about to be roasted. "It was a very devious crack but no it's not the Rift, I'm afraid."
"Yes, the Atraxi want their prisoner or they plan to punish us for withholding a prisoner." The Doctor's going to motion them towards the next ward and he's been lingering here looking for signs of Prisoner Zero. "I've got a feeling this wayward prisoner is indeed here. Oh, the Atraxi brought a nice big old fleet with them. They're waiting."
Master gets a good old grin, oh talk about a blast from the past. "Master! Oh, you're always as dastardly looking in that beard. I don't think, I'm all beardy like." The Doctor runs his hand along his chin, no beard and he snaps a finger. "Nope, I'm not beardy this time."
no subject
She met Andrew's eyes, "Andrew, you do what you must to help the others, I'll be with Märet." She turned to face the meta-meta, "If that's okay with you, that is?"
Her plan, of course, would be to protect him and keep him out of harm's way.
no subject
"Greetings, Doctor. No, you have no beard and, forgive my saying so, are looking rather the worse for wear, sartorially. Do we have any information on Prisoner Zero? Perhaps, one of us with a TARDIS should attempt to contact the Atraxi?"
no subject
The Master's comment about the TARDIS makes him nod. "Jack you and I can handle contact I think," he says, "and the Master can help...wanna keep an eye on this one. Bit trickier than his future self."
He whistles to get the group moving. "Well not much gonna get things moving just standing about yeah?"

Contact Group: Jack, Traken, and Nine (With Atraxi)
This is going to prove a challenge but Jack's up for it. The universe is standing on it's head and something just had to add to it. This is just dandy and he won't go into details about his Doctor. Still he's not comfortable with working with Master but there's little choice in the matter.
"Okay, Doctor and Master, the two of you maybe able to talk with our testy friends. It's their weapon. That's the only thing that's giving us the time to find them. It takes 20 minutes to charge and if there's a fleet up there, the Earth is in big, big trouble."

Prisoner Zero Hunt: Eleven, Andrew & Maret, Romana (With Prisoner Zero)
He leans forward and he goes to pull up a list of 'wandering' patients. "I suspect this crack was the escape route of old Prisoner Zero. 'Prisoner Zero' escaped is what it said." There's a list of the patients all four of them and then it gets even more interesting. The patients are still snug in their beds.
The Doctor's not about to hog all of the fun here and he offers a look. "Either we have some very brilliant sleep walkers or a..." He glances over to Romana and Andrew and time isn't something they have on their side. The clock on the wall continues to click away.
Re: Prisoner Zero Hunt: Eleven, Andrew & Maret, Romana (With Prisoner Zero)
He frowned, brow furrowing as he ticked through the possibilities in his head. "It's not them," he said, stating what should be the obvious. "But it's copying them - does the database have pictures of them so we'll know what he looks like if he takes those forms again?"
Re: Prisoner Zero Hunt: Eleven, Andrew & Maret, Romana (With Prisoner Zero)
When the Doctor and the Doctor-thing got involved in the computer, he looked on for a moment, then walked a few steps off down the hall, looking around as if he expected to see the alien right there. He glanced back at the others impatiently, wishing they'd hurry it up.
Prisoner Zero Hunt: Eleven, Andrew & Maret, Romana (With Prisoner Zero)
Romana watches Märet carefully. She starts to follow him, "What is it? Do you sense something?"
Re: Prisoner Zero Hunt: Eleven, Andrew & Maret, Romana (With Prisoner Zero)
He looks at the video with a bit of disappointment showing on his face and he tugs at his chin. "Check my back pocket. I was out with my friend Amy before we ran in here. There should be a picture of one who was roaming outside." The Doctor lifts his head up to hear what Maret is saying and then what he's staring at.
"Maret?" He echos the words of Romana and he wonders if the Meta-Meta sees something.

In fact both of them begin to bark.
The two begin to edge closer to group and they continue to bark.
no subject
Before he could expound on just why the Doctor was being a bit of a twit, the group's attention shifted and he heard barking. He turned his head to see what they were all looking at, and stared at the man and dog. "Right," he said. "Well, that isn't right."
He was alarmed to see Märet take a step toward the pair instead of away like anyone with any sense would. The meta-meta cocked his head, then growled back, unphased.
no subject
Her didn't jump when the man barked again. In fact she grinned, "Oh, I think someone is quite confused. Märet, play nice, he would be no match for you."
She's hoping that by not directly encouraging or discouraging Märet that he will stay put at her side.
no subject
He saw him earlier and he lifts his head up at the sound of Maret growling and there's a smile on his face. "Okay, now that sums it down just a bit." The Doctor traces back his memories of the Judoon and he looks to Andrew. "You remember the Judoon right? They couldn't find our Plasmavore friend due to the fact she was assimilating herself into the human population due to their ability to mimic the internal and genetic structure of another race."
The Doctor watches the man and dog continue with their approach and he glances at Maret. "Now, we do need to see if we can get the Atraxi to notice that our friend here is exactly what they're looking for."
no subject
When The Doctor speaks it's close to being had so a hasty retreat into another part of he hospital is in order. The man and dog stand under it, their bodies seem to loose shape and soon they're sucked up into another part of the hospice.
no subject
He's nattering on, but at the moment what really worried him was the possibility that the meta-meta would try something stupid in the next few seconds, and he wouldn't be close enough to stop him. Andrew inched forward, trying to come up behind Märet.
