Where: Los Angeles, CA
Who: John couldn't stand it in London anymore and he managed to find himself a job with Interpol after Sherlock's suicide. It was a job and it paid the rent, it was something that could keep his mind off of what happened to his best friend in the world.
Interpol had sent him to check on the activities of an old British institution called Torchwood that has since relocated to America. John has himself sitting on a bench of a park and he's thinking the entire thing smells of Mycroft wanting him out of his hair. He took in a deep breath and took the time to enjoy the sun. It was a nice feeling compared to bitter damp of London but it wasn't home. He has no idea where home will be now. "Why should I be bothered about old history? Mycroft you bloody.." He bites down on the lip of his coffee cup and now he's here alone. There's no Molly, Ms. Hudson or even Lastrade that grumpy prick.
