"Last thing before I ended up here? Or the last thing before the Doctor picked me up, warned me about there being several of me running around?" What can he say - he's a smart ass, and more so when he's on edge.

He does climb to his feet though, brushing the sand off his pants once he's up. "Sounds like a plan. Lead the way."
