It's been over a week now since Angie, Patrick and Liz have been working undercover. They've managed to discover that the children were sent off to an advanced learning academy in upstate New York.

After more undercover work was done, failing students were found to have grades that were above the highest ranked students on Earth. Ianto has taken the four to find out what's happening; and to eventually put a stop to it.
